Acute Renal Failure r/t Heat exhaustion

CORRECT – CLINICAL REASONING     He lost too much salt from sweating. Hyponatremia caused intracellular shift ECF to ICF further causing more intravascular dehydration. This caused hypotension and lack of blood flow to his kidneys. Kidneys became ischemic which elevated creatine causing Acute renal failure. Acute renal failure led to hyperkalemia.
