Cervical Cancer with metastasis

CORRECT           CLINICAL REASONING:
The patient went many years without a pap smear. Post-menopausal bleeding is a sign of hyperplasia of the endometrium which can indicate uterine cancer. In this case it continued to progress into the cervix, vaginal walls and uterus with metastasis to the liver.
